On the beach

Last weekend, I was at the beach. While in that peaceful surrounding, with the waves rolling in and out of shore, I found myself thinking about life cycles. A wedding ceremony was being setup in front of me, children were playing all around and people of all ages were walking, relaxing and enjoying that soothing environment. It was such a fulfilling moment to relax in my very own here-and-now, all the while knowing the world would continue to move around me. The breath-taking beauty of the sea with its constant motion, the way the always have and the way they always will. It felt like a moment to breath and accept where I am, and find balance amidst a constant movement of time.
