What to expect when you come to the office
It can feel very confusing to enter therapy for the first time. Often people do not know what to expect. When you come in, we will discuss what therapy means and its limitations. We can discuss your needs and we will take time to answer your questions. We will come to an agreement about your needs for therapy at this time and how we will help you with your needs. Often, we meet with people on a weekly basis unless we've agreed that weekly therapy would not be in your best interest. In that case, we will discuss different options that would best suit you.
