We work with our patient's from an integrative perspective, meaning that we use tools from a variety of different psychological schools of thought to treat my patients, depending on your personal needs. We use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Attachment Theory, Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and others to create a framework for understanding your concerns and helping provide you the skills to better manage and decrease your stressors.
